Draft for legal review. This starter policy describes the intended launch experience and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is treated as final.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through ai.taskelevate.com, its qualification forms, and any live AI demo operated by TaskElevate. The current launch is intended for HVAC companies in the United States.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with TaskElevate, we may collect:

  • Contact and business details, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, role, service area, and inbound-call information.
  • Information you provide in a form, scheduled meeting, email, or other communication.
  • Basic technical and usage information produced when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and interaction events, when the relevant tools are enabled.
  • Demo-call details, which may include call metadata, recordings, or transcripts when those features are configured. Any required notice or consent must be provided for the applicable jurisdiction.

3. How information may be used

TaskElevate may use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your request and provide the requested demo.
  • Assess whether the launch service is a fit for your HVAC business and arrange a strategy call.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
  • Understand site and demo usage and improve the experience.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect lawful interests.

4. When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to providers that support functions such as hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics, and lead handling; when required by law or a valid legal process; or in connection with a business transaction. The final policy must be updated after launch vendors and data flows are confirmed.

5. Retention and security

Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The final policy must document the retention schedule and safeguards that are actually in operation after operational and legal review.

6. Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@taskelevate.com. Requests will be handled as required by applicable law. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies or similar technologies, although some site functions may be affected.

7. Children's privacy
