Terms of Use

Last updated August 15, 2026

Draft for legal review. These starter terms describe the intended launch experience and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before they are treated as final.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to your use of ai.taskelevate.com and its live demo. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms. The current TaskElevate launch is intended for authorized representatives of HVAC companies in the United States.

2. What TaskElevate provides

TaskElevate offers an AI receptionist experience designed to help HVAC companies respond to inbound calls. Depending on the agreed configuration, the service may answer callers, collect job and contact details, qualify requests, route calls, or support scheduling. Website and demo content is provided for evaluation; the features included in a paid service are defined in a separate written agreement.

3. AI and call communications

The live demo uses artificial intelligence, and AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. If your business uses TaskElevate with its callers, you are responsible for approving call flows and for providing notices and obtaining consent for AI interaction, recording, transcription, and communications when applicable law requires it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or demo for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Interfere with the service, probe its security, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
  • Submit information you are not authorized to provide or impersonate another person or business.
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Your business information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having the authority to act for the business you identify. You remain responsible for reviewing leads, dispatch decisions, appointments, customer commitments, and other actions taken by your business.

6. Availability and outcomes

TaskElevate does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific booking or revenue results, or that every call can be completed successfully. Any service levels, support commitments, fees, renewal terms, or remedies must be stated in an executed agreement; they are not created by general website copy.

7. Third-party services

The site or service may connect to third-party scheduling, communications, analytics, or other tools. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. TaskElevate is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

8. Site content and intellectual property

The site, product materials, and TaskElevate name are owned by or licensed to TaskElevate. You may use the site for legitimate business evaluation, but these terms do not transfer ownership of TaskElevate technology, content, or branding to you.

9. Privacy

The TaskElevate Privacy Policy describes the intended handling of information submitted through the site and demo.

10. Legal terms still to be finalized

Governing law, dispute procedures, final warranty language, and any limitation of liability are intentionally not stated in this draft. They must be approved by counsel and, when applicable, included in the final terms or an executed customer agreement. Nothing in these starter terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

TaskElevate may update this page as the launch terms are finalized. Questions about these starter terms can be sent to info@taskelevate.com.
